In this video, I create a simple cat eye using liquid liner. Cream liners are my favorite because they are pretty easy to use and you can make the line pretty dramatic if you want or keep it simple with a thin line without having to worry about the result being jagged.

L’Oreal 24 hour Infallible liquid liner
Clinique lash doubling mascara
