One Month of Healthy Skin

Recently I have noticed some interesting things with my skin. Since moving, I noticed for one, my skin is very dry. But also, even more recently in the last month I noticed some strange new redness that resembles rosacea. That got me to thinking about my skin in general and how I don’t really protect it the way it should be. All this to say, it led me to start this month of healthy skin segment!

This month-long segment is going to be broken down into 4 main groups. During the first week I am going to be exploring the different properties of our skin; going beneath the surface to understand how diet and supplements affect our complexion.

Week two will be focused on ways to protect the skin from the different environments that we are in.

In the third week, I’ll be going over the different types of problems that skin can have and ways to correct them.

The last week will be devoted to different products that we can use to enhance and keep our skin healthy for life, including some homemade products.

I hope you’ll join me on this quest for healthy skin. Being fit physically takes a lot of work so it shouldn’t surprise us that we need to work just as hard to have healthy skin. Check back daily for new posts!
